PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS DAN KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP MUTU LULUSAN SEKOLAH DI KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA

Abstract

ABSTRACT DESI AZMARIANTY NIM 200212029, the influence of the use of special allocation funds and teacher competencies on the quality of graduates of schools in Dharmasraya district, on the Islamic Education Management Studies Program Post Graduate Program UIN MAHMUD YUNUS Batusangkar The aim of this research is to know the impact of the use of special allocation funds and the competence of teachers on the quality of graduate school in the Dharmasraya district. This type of research uses quantitative approaches with ex-post facto methods. The research sample included the head of school who received special allocation fund assistance of 41 schools with an average term of office less than 5 years there were 19 heads of school and the duration of office more than 5 year there were 22 heads and in the education qualification S1 there were 18 heads, and the S2 qualification there were 23 heads. The data is collected using the Likert scale model. Data analysis methods use Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Double Linear regression Analysis by performing classical assumption testing first, i.e. data normality test, multicoleniality test, heteroskedasty test, double linear analysis method assessed determination coefficient, t test, and f test. The results of the research showed the influence of special allocation funds and the competence of teachers on the quality of school graduates simultaneously (together), X1 and X2 against Y, after knowing the value of the table and thitung then the testing is carried out in the process that is necessary in the test is a free variable, the following test results are performed: Variable (X1) Know the value sig Y. 0.001 0,05 and thitung results 3,423 > t table 1,984 so that it can be concluded Ha accepted which means there is an influence between variable X1 versus variable Y. (X2) It is known that the sig value is 0,001 0.05 and the thitung result is 17,674 > t Table 1.984 thus it is possible to conclude Ha acceptable which means that there is a influence among variables X2 versus Y. Based on Anova’s output that value ( 11,720 > 2,477) and Sig. value 0,001 0,05, it can be concluded that Ha can be accepted means that the variables X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the variable Y. The determination test was carried out to find out how great the influence of X1 and X2 on Y, from the output above the known value of Adjusted R Square of 0.211 This value means that the impact of X2 and X1 on Y is 21.1%. The influence of the special allocation fund and the competence of teachers on the quality of graduates simultaneously (together), X1 and X2 against Y can then be concluded that Ha can be accepted means that the variables X2 and X1 simultaneely affect the variable Y.
