PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN MUSYAWARAH GURU MATA PELAJARAN (MGMP) TERHADAP PROFESIONALITAS GURU IPS MTsN KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR.

Abstract

ABSTRAK IMELDA.2023. NIM 2002012009 judul tesis “ Pengaruh Motivasi dan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Terhadap Profesionalitas Guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tnah Datar”. Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Program Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus (UIN) Batusangkar. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi profesionalitas guru namun belum diketahui apakah faktor motivasi dan MGMP dapat mempengaruhi profesionalitas guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan : 1) Pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap profesionalitas guru IPS Kabupaten Tanah Datar 2) Pengaruh musyawarah guru mata pelajaran terhadap profesionalitas guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar 3). Pengaruh motivasi guru dan musyawarah guru mata pelajaran terhadap profesionalitas guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Ex-Post Facto. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket. Populasi adalah guru mata pelajaran IPS di MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan sampel random sampling dengan cara sistim undian. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Motivasi guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap profesionalitas guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar. 2) Musyawarah guru mata pelajaran berpengaruh terhadap profesionalitas guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar sebesar 57,4% secara bersama-sama motivasi guru dan musyawarah guru mata pelajaran berpengaruh terhadap profesionalitas guru IPS MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar sebesar 56,8% dan sisanya 43,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. There are many factors that influence teacher professionalism, but it is not yet known whether motivational factors and MGMP can affect the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency, therefore this study aims to reveal: 1) The effect of teacher motivation on social studies teacher professionalism in Tanah Datar Regency 2) The effect of eye teacher deliberations lessons on social studies teacher professionalism at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency 3). The influence of teacher motivation and subject teacher deliberations on the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar District. This research is a quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The population is social studies teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar regency. The research sample was taken using random sampling by means of a lottery system. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study can be concluded that 1) Teacher motivation has no effect on the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency. 2) Subject teacher deliberations affect the professionalism of Social Sciences teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency by 57.4%, together with teacher motivation and subject teacher deliberations affect the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency by 56.8% and the remaining 43.2 % influenced by other variables.
