Abstrak: The activity of providing basic services classically to students is given in remote meetings via the internet network due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Through these meetings, students were found to be less active in service activities so that the service objectives were not achieved as expected. The purpose of this research is to find out whether basic services through the Problem Based Learning method can increase the active learning of students. This study uses the Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) method using 2 cycles, cycle 1 is carried out 1 time classical service activities, cycle 2 with 2 classical service activities. Each cycle raises a different topic, namely Tips to Become a Successful Person, which is carried out 1 time and How to Time Management is carried out 2 times. The results obtained from this study are classical services with the Problem Based Learning method are very appropriate to be used by Guidance and Counseling teachers because they can increase the activeness of students in online learning between pre-cycle and cycle 1 and between cycle 1 and cycle 2.
