Inovasi Pelayanan BK selama Pandemi Covid-19 di SLTA Sederajat Negeri BAtusangkar

Abstract

ABSTRACT EKA SAPUTRI, NIM.1730108016, Thesis Title "INNOVATION OF BK SERVICES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN SLTA AS EQUAL TO BATUSANGKAR)", Department of Guidance and Counseling Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Of State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Batusangkar.2022. 76 Pages The main point of blame in this study is the innovation used by BK teachers in providing BK services to learners during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to find out the innovation products used by BK teachers in providing BK services to learners both online and face-to-face. The type of research used is a type of descriptive qualitative research known as the ex-post facto method. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The data source in this study is teacher BK. The data analysis techniques used in this study are miles and huberman model analysis techniques and the validity of data is by means of triagulation. The results showed that BK service innovation during the covid-19 pandemic in SLTA as the equivalent of Batusangkar country, namely each BK teacher did updates / innovations in the provision of BK services such as providing learning materials and videos through existing applications such as whatsapp, telegram, google classroom. BK Teachers in MAN apply Art Therapy in the provision of BK services by expressing feelings through art and images, while 1 BK teacher has made innovation products such as applications, namely BKSMA 3 applications.
