KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PERAWAT DENGAN PASIEN PENYAKIT DALAM DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM IBNU SINA PAYAKUMBUH

Abstract

Ela Novela, NIM. 14 209 011, the title of the essay “KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PERAWAT DENGAN PASIEN PENYAKIT DALAM DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM IBNU SINA PAYAKUMBUH”. Graduate program in Communication and Broadcasting Islamic State College Batusangkar. Focus in the essay is interpersonal communication nurse with patient internal disease in Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh. The purpose of this study to knowing about verbal communication nurse with patient, non verbal communication, and obstacle communication between nurse and patient internal disease. This type of research that I use is descriptive qualitative, responden of research is patient internal disease in Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh. Data collection techniques that I use is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing was performed by Miles and Husberman. This research find (1) verbal communication nurse with patient was normal and make space relations between nurse and patient internal disease, process communication between nurse an patient just for medis in general (2) non verbal communication nurse with patient internal disease use expression, body language, and touching (3) obstacle in interpersonal communication between nurse with patient internal disease is semantic noise and mechanic noise.
